No charges will be filed against any of the officers involved in the fatal shooting of 17-year-old Austin-East student Anthony J. Thompson, Jr. Knox County District Attorney General Charme Allen determined the shooting was “justifiable” and that officer Jonathon Clabough had reason to believe his life was in danger when he discharged his weapon. Clabough fatally shot Thompson and seriously wounded another officer.
