Fire Chief Chris South has announced that Crossville Firefighters will be doing “Front Porch Fire Prevention” in the Hillcrest Subdivision and Old Jamestown area this Saturday morning, April 17, 2021 beginning at 9am. Partnering with the Tennessee Fire Marshall’s Office, crews will distribute fire safety materials while maintaining social distance protocols. Firefighters will also be able to check and install smoke detectors as needed.
