The City of Crossville Water Department will be DRIVE-THROUGH ONLY effective immediately, until further notice, per CDC precautionary guidelines. You may pay your bill online under the Utility Billing tab (all convenience fees are being waived), use the night drop located beside the drive-through, or use the drive-through window. The City apologizes for any inconvenience and asks for patience with staff during this time.
