During the monthly work session of the Crossville City Council on Tuesday, local business owner Asa Reese presented a proposal for a three-day craft, art and music festival in downtown Crossville. Reese told council members he hopes to debut the “At The CrossRoads Arts Festival” in October of 2022. Initial expectations are that the event would attract up to 10,000 attendees with an average ticket price of $200 for all three days.
