A resident of Highway 68 has reported the theft of his car, credit cards, coat and chicken. On Tuesday (2/2/2021) the victim told the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office that he woke up to find his 2012 red KIA Soul missing from his garage. His wallet, coat and a bucket of chicken wings has also been taken from his home. The victim said his debit card has been used in several nearby counties but he did not have any information about his credit cards at the time of the report. Loss was estimated at more than $10,000 and a suspect has been named in the case.
