Funeral services for John Dempsey “JD” Rector, age 45, of Crossville will be held Monday September 21, 2026 at 2pm at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Monday from 12pm-2pm two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Pomona Cemetery.
He is survived by his fiancee- Tracy Pugh; children Hunter Rector, Haylee Rector, Michelle Collier, Jayme Collier, Austin Pugh, Luke Pugh and Khalia Pugh; brother Cody Rector; grandchildren- Levi Bruce, Parker Bruce, Reagan Greer and Grayson Cunningham and special friend- Bill Thomas.
