Samuel is survived by his girlfriend Ashley Meadows; his daughter Macie Henderson; his brothers Thomas (Faith) Henderson, Justin Henderson, Shane Henderson, Wade (Britinni) Henderson, Joe Henderson, and Dan Henderson; his sister Jamie (Ray) Doxtader; and his mother Sandra (Randy) Mathews.
