A federal judge has blocked SNAP restrictions on junk food in Tennessee and four other states. This comes after SNAP recipients in Tennessee, Colorado, Iowa, Nebraska, and West Virginia sued the USDA. Tennessee’s ban on items like soda and sugary foods was set to begin July 31st.
