Crossville City Council approved the final reading of the tax rate and budget for the 2026-27 fiscal year. Council adopted a resolution keeping the property tax rate the same at .6059 cents per $100 of taxable property. The operating budget for the upcoming fiscal year was also approved with both resolutions receiving a 4-0 vote with Council Member James Mayberry absent.
