A Cumberland County man was arrested late Saturday night for DUI and Felony Evading arrested after he allegedly passed a county cruiser on a double yellow line on Highway 70 West at a high rate of speed and refused to stop. According to reports. 22-year-old Josiah Willier continued to drive westbound before turning onto Browntown Road with law enforcement in pursuit. Police say he drove over a mile on Browntown Road and struck the ditch line twice before finally coming to a stop.
