A Pickett County, Tennessee man is reportedly on the run following a deadly shooting. The TBI says 38-year-old Jesse Wayne Phillips is wanted for Second Degree Murder. The suspect’s vehicle was found in Kentucky by a Clinton County Deputy. As of Saturday evening Phillips remained on the TBI’s Most Wanted list. He is considered armed and dangerous.
