A kidnapping suspect wanted out of Montgomery County has been captured in Cookeville. The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office located Edward Fulton at the Hampton Inn. He was wanted for kidnapping his two grandchildren. The children were found unharmed in the hotel room with him and have been reunited with their family. (Photo courtesy PCSO)
