A multi-vehicle crash on I-40 near Mile Marker 320 in Cumberland County shut down both the east and westbound lanes of the interstate this afternoon. It happened around 3:30pm and caused an increase in traffic in Crossville.
As of 4:30pm TDOT updated that the westbound left lane was blocked and the left shoulder was blocked. The eastbound lanes remained closed.
