Crossville Police Department School Resource Officer Scott Van Ruden has been awarded the 2025 Teen Driver Safety Award for the entire Cumberland Region of the Tennessee Highway Safety Office. S.R.O. Van Ruden is dedicated to teaching students at Cumberland County High School about defensive, distracted and impaired driving.
