Former Tennessee House Speaker Glen Casada has been sentenced to 3 years in prison. Casada, 66, and his former aid Cade Cothren, 38, were both convicted in May of bribery and kickback charges. Casada must also pay a $30,000 fine and after he serves his prison term, he will be on supervised release for one year. Last week, Cothren was was sentenced to 30 months in prison and ordered to pay a $25,000 fine.
