Suspect Steals Ladder from Christian Academy of the Cumberlands

On Thursday (9/11/2025) Crossville Police were dispatched to a residence on Braun Hill Circle in reference to a ladder being on their property from Christian Academy of the Cumberlands.  Police arrived to find the ladder leaned up against the home.  Video from Christian Academy shows a male subject wearing a red hat and red shirt climbing into the school’s dumpster. The suspect returns with a Little Giant Leveler ladder valued at $300.  The male is later seen on the video walking towards Braun Street with the ladder. The ladder was returned to Christian Academy and the suspect had not been identified at the time of the report.
