Fentress County Sheriff’s Office Addresses Rumor of Child Being Drugged on a Bus

The Fentress County Sheriff’s Office says that a rumor circulating about a child allegedly being drugged on a bus is false.  After reviewing the matter, the Sheriff’s Office confirms this claim is unfounded and simply a rumor.  Authorities say the incident was a medical emergency, and no information about the child will be released in order to protect their privacy. The responding officer and all others involved acted quickly and admirably to ensure the child received immediate care.
