A Livingston man has been arrested for murdering his girlfriend. Authorities have charged 49-year-old Edward Randolph with one count of 1st Degree Murder and one count of Abuse of a Corpse in the death of 47-year-old Hope Parrot. Her body was found July 31st (2025) on Sunk Cane Road in Overton County. Investigators say Randolph killed Hope Parrot and transported her body in a refrigerator, which he later set on fire.
