Two men at the center of a TBI Silver Alert have been located. The TBI announced Tuesday (7/8/2025) that 72-year-old Dan Evans and 71-year-old Donald Willi have been found safe. The men had last been seen Monday in Jefferson City and were believed to have traveled to Cocke County. The Bureau did not say how they were found. (Photos courtesy TBI)
