In Northwestern, Tennessee a Henry County attorney has been accused of assault and sexual battery involving female clients. According to a press release, the TBI began investigating 71-year-old Michael Ainley last October. On Monday (July 7, 2025), Ainley was indicted and charged with one count each of Assault, Sexual Battery, and Sexual Battery by an Authority Figure. He was booked into the Henry County Jail on a $75,000 bond.
