A Crossville man has been arrested for allegedly stealing a St. Jude’s donation jar. It happened Tuesday night (11/19/2024) at a Dollar General Store on Highway 70 East. According to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office, video shows 27-year-old Bobby Otis Jolly “walking around the cash register looking to see if anyone was around then him grabbing the jar and shoving it in his jacket and taken off out the front doors.” The jar contained approximately $100. Jolly was charged with Theft of Property with bond set at $1,500.
