TWRA Appeals Ruling That Warrantless Searches Are Unconstitutional

The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency has appealed a ruling by the Benton County Circuit Court that said in March that warrantless searches by wardens on private property is unconstitutional.   TWRA’s appeal comes days before the deadline.
