On February 16, 2022, Narcotics Officers with the Fentress County Sheriff’s Department were conducting investigations into the sale of illegal narcotics in the Allardt Community. Officers got behind a black street bike and attempted to conduct a traffic stop. The subject fled from Officers onto the Memory Garden Road. While behind the subject, Officers noticed the subject tossing multiple items into the roadway. The pursuit continued through the Stockton Community onto Hwy 52 East into Morgan County and ended with the subject being apprehended in the Robbins area of Scott County. The subject was identified as Travis Stowers, age 41, of Jamestown. Stowers is on bond out of Cumberland County for multiple drug charges.
Stowers was charged with Felony Evading Arrest, Reckless Endangerment, Registration violation, Conditional Licenses, Possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia and Simple Possession of a Schedule 3. 
Stowers is being held at the Fentress County Jail on a $80,000.00 bond.
