Cumberland County remains in good financial shape according to County Mayor Allen Foster. EMS collections for the month were just over $381,000 which is $48,000 above projections. Sales tax collections for the General Purpose School Fund came in at $1.13 million which is almost $111,000 above projections. Year to date collections are up by over $560,000. Property tax collections year to date are approximately 57.1%. That’s up 3% over last year.
