A routine traffic stop near Tansi led to the discovery of drugs and the recovery of a stolen trailer.  According to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office, a white Acura was pulled over on Dunbar Road for a non-functioning tag light.  Dispatch advised that the driver, Robert Howard, had an active warrant out of Van Buren County.  Howard was also in possession of a glass methamphetamine pipe.  Howard’s passenger, 37-year-old Rachael Renee Cravens, of Crossville, was arrested for Manufacture, Delivery, Sell or Possession of Meth; Sell of a Controlled Substance; Simple Possession and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Theft of Property.  Her bond was set at $101,500.  Howard was released at the scene and advised not to drive.  A short while later, Howard was observed driving to Rachael Craven’s residence on Birchwood Drive.  Mr. Howard was then placed into custody for Driving On A Revoked License.  During a search of Craven’s residence, a stolen 5X8 trailer was recovered and returned to the owner.
