Crossville City Council members, in regular session Tuesday, approved a motion proposing a five-year lease on a parking lot located near the Cravens building. If accepted by the lot owner, the city would spend $6,000 to maintain and repair the lot during the lease period. The owner would also be required to repay a portion of that investment if they were to terminate the agreement before the end of the lease.
