Governor Bill Lee has authorized a $10,000 reward for information leading to a conviction in the case of 29-year-old T.S. Thrasher, who was murdered over 6 years ago in his Oak Ridge apartment. Just after 4:30am on December 8, 2014, Thrasher’s wife called 911 from their residence to report she had heard a loud noise, probably gunshots. Oak Ridge Police responded and found Mr. Thrasher dead of a gunshot wound. TBI Agents hope someone will come forward with information to make an arrest.
