Crossville Police responded to McDonald’s restaurant on North Main Street after 38-year-old Cara Katherine Waters allegedly brandished a handgun and made threats while in the drive through. Waters admitted to officers that she displayed the weapon because she felt the other vehicle was blocking her. She was arrested without incident and booked into the Cumberland County Intake Division on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
