The Monterey Police Department has announced that Chief John Mackie and Lt Andrew Neff have completed the FBI LEEDA Trilogy.
According to the Department, the Trilogy Series comprises the Supervisor Leadership Institute (SLI), Command Leadership Institute (CLI) , and Executive Leadership Institute (ELI) and is designed to provide a comprehensive leadership education.
