According to Tennessee Athletics, The University of Tennessee is represented by 169 student-athletes on the 2025-26 First-Year Southeastern Conference Academic Honor Roll that was announced Tuesday by SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey.
That tally raised Tennessee’s total number of student-athletes recognized in 2025-26 to 468 combined on the Fall, Winter, Spring and First-Year SEC Academic Honor Rolls.
On the 2025-26 First-Year SEC Honor Roll, baseball, football and rowing led the way for Tennessee with 26, 25 and 24 student-athletes recognized, respectively. Women’s track & field was next with 17, followed men’s track & field (15), women’s swimming & diving (12), men’s basketball (9), softball (9), women’s basketball (8), soccer (8), men’s swimming & diving (6), volleyball (4), men’s tennis (3), women’s golf (2) and women’s tennis (1).
