A celebration of life for Jeffrey Lee Smith, 69, of Sparta will be held at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home on Friday, July 3 at 5 pm. Visitation will be before the service beginning at 3 pm. Jeffrey is survived by the mother of his children Pam Smith; his son Wade (Kate) Smith; his daughter Andie (Anthony) Terry; his brothers Jim (Lisa) Smith and Barry Smith; his sister Susie Sanders; his grandchildren Pushrod, Ragdoll, Grace, Brylee, Cain, and Lanie; his great-grandchildren Annie, EZ, Avie, Ell, and Miss Mae; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
