Cumberland County Fire Department Reminds Everyone That Smoke Alarms Save

The Cumberland County Fire Department is reminding everyone that working smoke alarms save lives and property. On the morning of June 15^th, the  Department responded to a kitchen fire on Rock Quarry Road. Smoke alarms were installed in the residence on June 14^th, 2025 by members of the Cumberland County Fire Department through the GetAlarmedTn program. The smoke alarms woke up all occupants and everyone escaped safely. The fire was out upon arrival of Emergency Services.
