The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office is warning about a fake court order scam. Victims have been receiving text and emails claiming to be from the State of Tennessee General Sessions Court for Davidson County Traffic Division. It states you have a delinquent traffic violation and payment is required immediately to avoid the listed court date. It then instructs you to scan a QR code to make payment. This is a scam.
