Police say a 7-year-old boy in Morgan County was fatally hit by a car Thursday and his father has been charged with Vehicular Homicide. Forty-year-old Christopher E. Hawkins has been booked into the Morgan County Jail and also faces charges of DUI, Aggravated Assault, and Implied Consent. His bond has been set at $1,052,000.
