The Department of Health has confirmed 13 weather-related fatalities in Tennessee from Winter Storm Fern. Three people died in Davidson County; two each in Cheatham, Hardin and Obion counties; and one each in Haywood, Henderson, Hickman and Knox counties.
TDH says a fatality reported in Crockett County has since been determined not to be weather-related.
