Sales tax and tourism revenues rise in Crossville; alcohol tax revenue dips

According to the latest Crossville City Manager’s report, Crossville’s primary revenue streams are outpacing last year’s numbers. Fiscal year-to-date sales tax collections have topped $3.3 million, while hotel occupancy taxes rose to $83,781. However, alcohol revenues declined, with liquor tax collections falling to $143,979 and wholesale beer tax slipping slightly to $259,934.
