A Crossville man has been charged after he allegedly fled the scene of a bloody traffic accident. The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a wreck on Shorty Barnes Road around 8:40 Saturday night (11/29/2025). A 2012 black Chevy pickup had driven off the road and hit a tree. A substantial amount of blood was present in the vehicle but the driver was gone. The following Sunday, authorities made contact with the driver, 41-year-old Stacy Keith Mills, who was charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident.
