Fentress County Sheriff Michael “Bigfoot” Reagon Booked into Jail

The TBI says Fentress County Sheriff Michael Reagon was indicted earlier today on one count of Tampering with Government Records.

Today, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation executed an indictment involving Sheriff Michael “Bigfoot” Reagan. Following the legal process, he was booked into the Fentress County Sheriff’s Justice Center in accordance with standard procedure.

I want to assure our citizens, that this agency will continue to function at the highest professional standards. Our patrol operations, investigations, emergency response, corrections, and public safety services will all proceed as normal. The safety and stability of Fentress County remains our top priority.
