The City of Crossville will receive a $60,000 Tourism Enhancement Grant. The Tennessee Department of Tourist Development made the announcement on Thursday (Nov. 13, 2025). A total of 30 communities across the state will receive more than $2 million.
In our area that includes a $100,000 grant to Putnam County; Historic Rugby Inc. in Morgan County will get over $92,000; and the City of Spencer in Van Buren County will receive more than $26,000.
The grants help cities and counties enhance experiences, draw more visitors and increase economic impact. Eligible projects include improvements to stages, signage, historic preservation, ADA accessibility and other upgrades to local attractions and venues.
