Two people were arrested after stolen items were reportedly found at their homeless camp on Tennessee Avenue. Forty-seven-year-old Stephen Phillip Carroll and 36-year-old Kristen Barbara Mays were each charged with Burglary, Theft of Property, Criminal Trespassing and Vandalism. Approximately $1,500 worth of items that had been taken from a storage building at the golf course was found at the camp. They are also accused of driving a truck across the golf course and causing about $5,000 worth of damage.
