Four people were killed in a three-vehicle crash on Highway 111 in White County late Monday afternoon (9/15/2025). It happened around 5:30pm and 18 people were involved. Putnam County Mayor Randy Porter reported there were 17 patients and the accident closed down Hwy 111 in both directions for several hours at the O’Connor Road exit.
