Pikeville Police apprehended a man who allegedly brandished an A.R. style gun at three juveniles near McDonald’s. It happened Thursday, September 4th ( 2025.) Police say William S. Cornett, of Warren County, appeared to be under the influence of Methamphetamine. He had drugs, weapons, and drug paraphernalia in his vehicle. Cornett has been charged with multiple offenses, including 3 counts of Aggravated Assault. As of Wednesday (September 10, 2025), he remained in custody at the Bledsoe County Jail.
