The Cookeville Police Department arrested two men in separate Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) investigations last week, resulting in indictments and felony charges related to the possession and distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Twenty-nine-year-old Matthew T. Whitehead, of Baxter, has been charged with Sexual Exploitation of a Minor (Class D Felony). He was taken into custody on August 25 (2025), and was given a bond of $25,000.
Police also took 27-year-old Jake Tyler Osorio, of Cookeville, into custody and charged him with Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor (Class C felony) and Sexual Exploitation of a Minor (Class D felony). His bond was set at $65,000.
