On Monday (8/22/3035), Tennessee Senator Ken Yager pleaded no contest to DUI charges from last December’s arrest on Jekyll Island, Georgia. His license has been suspended, he’s been placed on 12 months probation, and fined $750 plus court costs. Senator Yager represents, Campbell, Clay, Fentress, Macon, Morgan, Overton, Pickett, Roane and Scott Counties.
