Two people were arrested and items allegedly stolen from Buc-ee’s were recovered following a routine traffic stop in Crossville Friday afternoon. According to Police, a substance that tested positive for methamphetamine was found inside the vehicle. Over $700 worth of merchandise from Buc-ee’s was also discovered in the car. The driver, Herbert Grice, was charged with simple possession of methamphetamine and driving on a suspended license. The passenger, 45-year-old Angela Sue Brookins, of Easley, South Carolina was charged with theft of merchandise after a review of surveillance footage from Buc-ee’s. Both were transported to the Cumberland County Jail.
