A Southridge Circle man barricaded himself in his home on Saturday (6/28/2025) as Crossville Police attempted to serve him with an arrest warrant out of Sevier County. It happened around 1:30pm. Police say when they told 55-year-old Randy Ray Tolle why they were there, Mr. Tolle shut the main door to his residence and refused their instructions to come out. The SWAT Team was activated and at 2:09pm Tolle came out with his hands up and was taken into custody. At the Cumberland County Justice Center, Mr. Tolle was served with a warrant for resisting stop, frisk, halt, arrest, or search and also served with the Sevier County warrant.
