Crossville Police are investigating the attempted break-in and vandalism of the Eagle Mart on Highway 70 East.
According to reports, Saturday morning (10/26/2024), an employee discovered the drive-thru window had been busted out with a rock.
Police say video shows two males dressed in black clothing with masks on attempt to pry open the window around 2:40am Saturday. At 2:46am one of the males throws a rock at the window and the pair fled behind the building toward Highway 70 East.
The suspects have not been named.
Damage to the convenience store was estimated at $200.
