Cumberland County Mayor Allen Foster reports the “We Are One FREE Community Outreach Event” was a huge success this past Saturday (8/26/23) at the Cumberland County Community Complex. A large crowd turned out for lunch, groceries, shoes, health and other services all provided free of charge.
