The Tennessee Department of Transportation has announced that starting Monday, April 3, 2023, Highway 70 West from Access Road to Bullard Road will have shoulder and single lane closures for utility work. Trucks, signage, cones, barrels, and flaggers will be present in this area through May 31, 2023 from 9 am – 2 pm. Motorists should reduce speed and use caution while traveling through the work zone and be aware of construction personnel.
