A former Vanderbilt University Medical Center nurse has been found guilty of criminally negligent homicide in the 2017 death of a patient. On Friday, a Davidson County jury also found RaDonda Vaught guilty of gross neglect of an impaired adult. Vaught was on trial for accidentally giving the wrong medication to 75-year-old Charlene Murphey, which led to her death. Vaught is set to return to court on May 13 for sentencing. Her nursing license was revoked last year.
